I specialize working with couples and individuals both young, old and in between to learn and practice skills to be successful in life and relationships. Each phase of life is equally important and presents its own set of stressors and complications. 

My role is to empower those facing struggles regardless of what stage of life you are in.Along with my degree, license and clinical experience, I have also endured some difficult life events of my own. These credentials and the life experiences have given me unique insight and empathy into the variety of struggles one might face.
